Egg 1
Sugar 5g
Chili Pepper
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 5ml
Water 200ml
Mirin 7.5 ml
Soy Sauce 15ml

Tempura
Steam Rice
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pan put water, dashi Japanese stock concentrated, sugar, mirin, soy sauce.
2.Simmer for about a minute.
3.Add tempura (can add any kind of tempura).
4.Put beaten egg around the tempura and it's done.
5.Put the simmered tempura in a rice of bowl.
6.Add chili pepper on top.
7.Serve while it's hot.
