Today's recipe is ''Chyan Chyan Yaki Sauteed Salmon''. This is a dish from Hokkaido. In Hokkaido they catch plenty of salmon, and they have different recipe for salmon and one of it is Chyan Chyan Sautted Salmon.The taste is sweet and hot blended with miso.
---INGREDIENTS---
4 serving
Salmon 250g
Cabbage 400g
Onion 150g
Corn(Canned) 70g
Asparagus 60g
Maitake Mushrooms 60g
Potato 150g
Green Onion 100g
Yellow Miso 100g
Doubanjiang 10g
Salad Oil 15ml
Soy Sauce 30ml
Mirin 30ml
Sugar 15g
Salt
Pepper
---PROCEDURE---
1.First in a bowl put miso, add soy sauce, mirin, doubanjiang, sugar and mix well. This is chyan chyan sauce.
2.Cut the potato and put in a bowl, add the chyan chyan sauce and ranges up to 5min and set aside.
3.Put salt and pepper in salmon.
4.Then in a fry pan put oil, put salmon and saute, add cabbage, onion, asparagus, add the remaining chyan chyan sauce.
5.Put the potato and maitake mushrooms.
6.After a few minutes of simmer add corn and mix it well, specially the salmon.
7.Serve it while its hot good for lunch and dinner.
