Cucumber Vinegar Pickles Recipe


Today's recipe is "Cucumber Vinegar Pickles".  This is a Japanese style pickles cucumber.
Healthy light food and easily to prepare.


---INGREDIENTS---

Cucumber 2
Vinegar 30ml
Sugar 15g
Salt 2g
Dry Seaweed 5g
Dried Young Sardines 
Water


---PROCEDURE--- 

1.Slice cucumber.
2.In a bowl of water  soaked the dry seaweeds until its tender.
3.When the seaweed is already tender add the cucumber.
4.Add salt, sugar, and vinegar.
5.Mix well until cucumber become soft.
6.Sprinkles with dried young sardines and serve.
7.Enjoy!
