Mentsuyu is a basic soup. Can use to Soba and Udon its either hot or cold.
---INGREDIENTS---
2 serving
Mirin 15ml
Soy Sauce 30ml
Sugar 3ml
Japanese Stock 150ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.Boil Japanese stock.
2.Add sugar, mirin, and soy sauce.
3.Boil in low heat about 5 min.
4.Serve the hot metsuyu soup with soba noodle or udon noodle.
5.If you want it cold. Set aside first and cool it down.
6.Then you can place in a fridge about an hour then serve with soba noodle or udon noodle.
