Japanese Roll Omelette Dashimaki Tamago Recipe



Today's recipe is ''Japanese Roll Omelette Dashimaki Tamago''. This is a traditional cooking for egg, which is made by rolling together several layers of cooked egg. This is most popular bento cooking of Japanese mother for their kids.


---INGREDIENTS---

Egg 3
Tofu 60g

Potato Starch 3g
Dashi Japanese Stock 50ml
Mirin 5ml
Soy Sauce 5ml
Salt 1g
Salad Oil



---PROCEDURE---

1.In a bowl put dashi Japanese stock, add potato starch and mix.
2.Put mirin, soy sauce, salt and mix set aside.
3.In different bowl put egg, salt and beat lightly, add tofu and mix well the tofu to blend in egg.
4.Put the sauce mix early.
5.In a pan with low heat and use kitchen tissue to spread salad oil.
6.Carefully add egg mixture to the pan to create thin layer and roll, repeat until the egg roll becomes a decent size.Dont forget to wipe oil on next layer.
7.After cook the egg, use sushi mat to roll egg even tighter.
