---INGREDIENTS---
2 serving
Pork Loin 200g
Egg 2
Flour
Bread Crumbs
Oil (for deep fry)
Salt
Pepper
---PROCEDURE---
1.Cut the sinews between the meat and fat.
2.Lightly beat the pork.
3.Season salt and pepper.
4.Coat with flour then dipped in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
5.Coat again with flour, egg, bread crumbs.
6.In a fry pan with 180 degree hot oil deep fry the pork.
7.When the bottom side turns golden brown, flip over.
8.Serve it while its hot with Worcestershire sauce. If you like you can add shredded cabbage and salad.
