Pork Cutlet Sweet Miso Sauce Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Pork Cutlet Sweet Miso Sauce''. This is one of famous food in Nagoya. The juicy taste with sweet sauce served with shredded cabbage and steamed rice. Nagoya know for food with rich flavor of miso. Pork cutlet and miso are best matched. 

---INGREDIENTS---

Red Miso 30g
Crunchy Sesame Seed
Sugar 30g
Mirin 15ml
Sake 15 ml
Dashi Japanese Stock 30ml

Pork Cutlet Tonkatsu (cooked) 1pcs
Cabbage for Garnish


---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pan put dashi Japanese stock.
2.Add sake, mirin, and sugar mix well.
3.Then put red miso and mix well, boil until sticky.
4.Ready pork cutlet with shredded cabbage then add the sweet miso sauce.
5.Serve with steamed rice and favorite soup like miso shiro.
