---INGREDIENTS---
Cabbage 50g
Worcestershire Sauce 30ml
Sugar 5g
Mirin 20ml
Rice (cooked)
Pork Cutlet Tonkastu (cooked)1pc
Parsley for Garnish
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pan, put mirin, sugar and mix.
2.Add worcestershire sauce, and simmer for a minute until sticky.
3.Then add cooked pork cutlet, and blend well into sauce and its done.
4.Thinly cut the cabbage into strip.
5.In a big bowl of rice add shredded cabbage, porkcutlet with sweet sauce and parsley on top.
6.Serve while its hot.
