Sauce Katsudon Sweet Sauce Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Sauce Katsudon Sweet Sauce Pork Cutlet Rice  Bowl''. This sweet sauce have different version in all area in Japan. Adult and kids are enjoying this sweet taste. 


---INGREDIENTS---

Cabbage 50g

Worcestershire Sauce  30ml
Sugar 5g
Mirin 20ml

Rice (cooked)
Pork Cutlet Tonkastu (cooked)1pc
Parsley for Garnish

---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pan, put mirin, sugar and mix.
2.Add worcestershire sauce, and simmer for a minute until sticky.
3.Then add cooked pork cutlet, and blend well into sauce and its done.
4.Thinly cut the cabbage into strip.
5.In a big bowl of rice add shredded cabbage, porkcutlet with sweet sauce and parsley on top.
6.Serve while its hot.
7.Enjoy!
