Yuzu and Radish Pickles Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Yuzu Daikon And Radish Pickles''.  This recipe is easy to do and little bit sweet. Even kids will enjoy this sweet taste of pickles. You can use lemon as alternative of yuzu. Best buddy for diet.


---INGREDIENTS---

Japanese White Radish 500g
Yusu 1pc

Sugar 50g
Vinegar 45ml
Salt 20g

---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pan put sugar, vinegar, open stove in low heat, and mix well until sugar dissolve.
2.Cut Japanese white radish into 1cm thick and 4cm long.
3.Put cut Japanese white radish in a bowl, add salt, and mix until salt are blended well.
4.Peel off yuzu and cut into thinly slice.
5.Squeeze yuzu and take the yuzu juice.
6.Add yuzu peel in Japanese white radish, yuzu juice, sweet vinegar, and mix well.
7.Then put in a freezer bag, refrigerate overnight.
8.Serve with your favorite food.
9.Enjoy!
