---INGREDIENTS---
Komatsuna 200g
Dry Bonito
Salt
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 15ml
Soy Sauce 15ml
Water
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a bowl combine dashi Japanese stock concentrated, soy sauce and set aside.
2.In boiling water, put salt, add komatsuna, boil for about 2mins. and drain water.
3.Cut komatsuna into 2-3inches.
4.In serving plate put cut komatsuna, add sauce, and dry bonito on top.
5.Serve with your favorite food.
