Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Tempura Sauce''. This is a traditional dipping sauce for tempura seafood like shrimp, crab, fish and tempura vegetable.
---INGREDIENTS---
Grated Japanese Radish
Grated Ginger
Water 400ml
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 10ml
Soy Sauce 30ml
Mirin 15ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pot put water and boil.
2.Add dashi Japanese stock concentrated, soy sauce, mirin and boil.
3.In a serving cup put grated Japanese radish (depend on how much you like) grated ginger.
4.Then add the tempura sauce.
5.Serve with your tempura vegetables and tempura shrimp.
6.Enjoy!
