Dashi Japanese Stock Recipe



Today's recipe is ''Dashi Japanese Stock Recipe''. Dashi is a class of stock mostly use in Japanese cuisine. You can buy this in any supermarket in japan. If not, you can do it by your own and this is the easy way  HOME MADE Japanese Stock recipe.


---INGREDIENTS---

Dry Kelp 10g
Dry Bonito 20g

Water 1ltr


---PROCEDURE---

1.First make a slit cut in dry kelp.
2.In a pot put 1 liter of water, add the kelp.
3.Leave it for about 30 min to 1hour.
4.When the dry kelp is soft, remove into the water.
5.Boil the water in low heat.
6.Add the the dry bonito then boil for a a min.
7.Remove the dry bonito with kitchen tissue and strainer.
8.And its done.You can use it in any soup dish, specially for Japanese cuisine.
