Today's recipe is ''Katsudon Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl Recipe. Good food for family because it have a sweet taste of egg that everyone will like also the kids . This dish takes its name from the Japanese words tonkatsu (for pork cutlet) and donburi (for rice bowl dish).
---INGREDIENTS---

Pork Cutlet Tonkatsu 1
Egg 2
Onion 50g
Mitsuba (Japanese Wild Parsley)
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 5ml
Water 50ml
Soy Sauce 15ml
Sake 15ml
Mirin 15ml
Sugar 5g
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pan add water.
2.Put Japanese stock concentrated.
3.Add sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce.
4.Slice the onion thinly.
5.Then put the onion and mix.
6.Put tonkatsu pork cutlet.
7.Add 1/2 of half beaten egg. (do not over cook the egg) just half done.
8.Put the remaining beaten egg, off the stove and simmer about a second.
9.Add mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley) and simmer in a second and its done.
