Today's recipe is ''Radish Pickles’’. This pickles is a traditional homemade dish of most Japanese. Easy to prepare and good for the heath specially the Radish Leaves. Good for diet.
---INGREDIENTS---
Radish 250g
Radish Leaves 200g
Dry Kelp 15g
Dashi Japanese Stock Granule 5g
Salt 10g
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a bowl put radish,
2.Add the radish leaves.
3.Put salt and mash.
4.Add dashi Japanese stock granule.
5.Put dry kelp. (make slit cut in dry kelp before you put in the bowl).
6.Mash it well until water from radish come out.
7.Put in a freezer bag and leave it overnight to 2 days in refrigerator.
8.Then serve it with your favorite meal.
