---INGREDIENTS---
Burdock Root 90g
Carrot 50g
Grind Sesame Seeds 10g
Parsley
Mayonnaise 40g
Sugar 10g
Vinegar 15ml
Soy Sauce 5ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.Cut the burdock root and carrot into thin strips.
2.Boil burdock and carrot for about 5 min.
3.Drain the water.
4.In a bowl put boiled burdock root and carrot.
5.Add vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, mayonnaise and mix well.
6.Sprinkle with cut parsley.
7.You can refrigerate it, and serve with your favorite food.
