Ishikarinabe Hokkaido Seafood Hot Pot Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Ishikarinabe Hokkaido Seafood Hot Pot ''. One of nabe (hot pot) recipe from Hokkaido. Salmon is the main ingredient of this hot pot, because it's in Hokkaido's sea that the Japanese salmon is catch!.

---INGREDIENTS---

Salmon 250g
Shrimp 2pcs
Scallops 5pcs
Potato 200g
Carrot 200g
Radish 300g
Chinese Cabbage 400g
Green Onion 100g (1pc)
Onion 30g
Tofu 300g
Thin Fried Tofu 20g
Konjac Noodle 180g
Asparagus 50g
Shimeji  Mushrooms 80g
Shiitake Mushrooms 50g
Eringi Mushrooms 70g

Dashi Japanese Stock 1ltr
Miso 150g
Sake 60ml
Mirin 50ml

You can cook any kind of seafood in this recipe.


---PROCEDURE---

1.First cut all the  vegetables and tofu.
2.In a pot put carrot, potato, radish.
3.Add dashi Japanese stock.
4.Then add chinese cabbage, green onion, asparagus, tofu, konjac noodle, onion.
5.Put salmon, scallops, shrimps.
6.Add eringi, shiitake, and shimeji mushrooms and  simmer about a minute.
7.After a minute add sake, mirin, and thin fried tofu simmer about a minute until the seafood is cook and add miso and mix it well. 
8.Serve it while its hot.
