Japanese Omelette Rice Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is '''Japanese Omelette Rice''. In Japan it is called Omu-rice. It is a popular dish both commonly cooked at home and restaurant. Children in particular enjoy omu-rice or omelette rice, and it is often featured in kids meal.


---INGREDIENTS---
  
2 serving 

-for fried rice-
Chicken 150g
Onion 150g
Garlic Cloves 2pcs
Paprika 50g
Ketchup 100ml
Green Peas 30g (canned)
Rice 300g (cooked)

White Wine 10ml
Worcestershire Sauce 10ml
Salad Oil 5ml
Butter 5g
Soy Sauce 15ml
Salt 
Pepper 

-for omelette egg-
Egg 5 
Salad Oil 2.5ml
Butter 3g


---PROCEDURE---

1.First cut chicken into small size, then finely chop onion, garlic, paprika.
2.Put salt and pepper to chicken.
3.In a pan, put salad oil, butter, garlic, stir fry for a minute.
4.Then add chicken stir fry for about a minute about 2-3 minutes.
5.Add onion, paprika, stir fry or until it become soft, then put the cooked green peas, then add ketchup, worcestershire sauce and mix well.
6.Now add cooked rice and mix well until all the ingredients are blend together, add white wine (optional) and mix well and it's done, set aside.
7.For the omelette, in a pan put salad oil, butter and beaten egg.
8.Add fried rice on top of egg and fold both side towards the middle to cover fried rice, use plate to easy remove the cooked omelette rice.
9.Put ketchup on top and serve while it's hot.
