Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Japanese Roast Pork Fillet and Boiled Egg Recipe''. This is a commonly topping served with ramen. Can serve also as toppings in a rice bowl or appetizer with favorite beer.
---INGREDIENTS---
Pork Loin 400g
Pork Libs 400g
※can use any meat you like
Egg 4
Green Onion 60g
Ginger 50g
Garlic Cloves 8pcs
Chinese Stock Paste 45g
Water 1200ml
Soy Sauce 120ml
Sake 50ml
Mirin 80ml
Salad Oil 5ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.Boil egg for about 7 minute. Remove egg in the pot and set aside.
2.Next, use meat net for pork.
3.In a fry pan put salad oil.
4.Fry the pork for a minute just browning.
5.In pressure cooker put the pork, green onion, garlic, ginger, sake, Chinese stock paste, and water boil for 20minutes.
6.Remove the boiled soup. (Do not throw the soup because it can use as soup for ramen).
7.Add mirin, soy sauce then boil, wait until bubbles appear then off the stove.
8.Put all in the freezer bag and boiled egg. Refrigerate overnight.
9.Cut and serve.
