Motsunabe Offal Hot Pot Soup Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Motsunabe Offal Hot Pot Soup''. Original motsunabe are dish from Fukuoka in Japan. This recipe is one of popular hot pot soup in izakaya. Cooking method are easy and ingredient are easy to buy in supermarket. Best partner of beer.


---INGREDIENTS---

Pork Offal 250g
Beef Offal 250g
Cabbage 350g
Burdock Root 100g
Garlic Chives 100g
Bean Sprout 400g
Enoki Mushroom 150g
Dry Chili 3g
Sesame Seed 5g
Dashi Japanese Stock Granule 5g
Chicken Granule 20g
Garlic Paste 
Ginger Paste

Water 2 Liter
Soy Sauce 90ml
Sake 45ml
Mirin 30ml
Sugar 5g



---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pot put 1liter of water, sake, pork and beef offal  boil (time depend on offal until it became soft) then drain water. Offal meat are by choice.
2.For second boiling, add 1liter of water, offal, sugar, dashi Japanese stock granule, chicken granule.
3.Add mirin, soy sauce, burdock root, cabbage, bean sprout, remove bubble appear.
4.Add enoki mushrooms, put lid and boil for a minute.
5.Add garlic chives, grated ginger, grated garlic, and dry chili.
6.Sprinkle with sesame seed and serve while it's hot.
7.Enjoy!
