Soft Simmered Spiny Dogfish Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Soft Simmered Spiny Dogfish''. There are people don't like to eat fish. But this dogfish recipe even the kids that never eat fish can eat this one because of the mild taste and soft texture. 

---INGREDIENTS---

Dogfish 450g
Ginger 20g
Green Onion 12g

Water 200ml
Soy Sauce 45ml
Sake 45ml
Mirin 45ml
Sugar 5g


---PROCEDURE---

1.First clean the dogfish, put hot water and add the cold water then rinse.
2.In a pot put dogfish, water, sake simmer for a minute remove the bubbles.
3.Add mirin, sugar, ginger, green onion and soy sauce.
4.Use aluminum foil as lid and simmer for about 5 minute. And its done.
5.Can serve hot and cold.
6.Enjoy!
