The Ramen Soy Sauce Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''The Ramen Soy Sauce''. This is the authentic taste of ramen. It is really difficult to cook ramen soup also, at ramen shops. This recipe is EASY to do. Ingredients can buy in store. Everyone will love this taste even the kids.


---INGREDIENTS---

Ramen Noodle 120g

Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 30ml
Chicken Chinese Stock Granule 5g
Oyster Sauce 5ml
Soy Sauce 15ml
Mirin 15ml
Lard Oil 5g
Water 500ml

-toppings-

Roast Pork Fillet
Boiled Egg
Salty Simmered Bamboo Shoots
Spinach 
Green Onion
Naruto 
(can use any toppings you like)

---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pot put water, dashi Japanese stock concentrated and chicken chinese stock granule boil for a minute then set aside.
2.In a large bowl put lard oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin and mix well then set aside.
3.In a boiling water, cook ramen noodle (check the ramen noodle for cooking instruction). Remove the ramen noodle.
4.Add soup in the bowl.
5.Then put ramen.
6.Add the roast pork fillet, egg, spinach, salty simmered bamboo shoots, green onion and naruto.
7.Serve while its hot.
