Yudofu Boiled Tofu Hot Pot Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Yudofu Boiled Tofu Hot Pot''. In Japan this recipe are buddhist priest food because they are vegetarian. It's really easy to cook and ingredients are all simple. Tofu recipe are popular in all area in Japan most specially in Kyoto.

---INGREDIENTS---

Tofu 450g 
Green Onion 20g
Dry Kelp 5g
Yuzu Peel 

Dashi Japanese Stock Granule 3g
Soy Sauce 50ml
Water 200ml


---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pot put water and boil, add dashi Japanese stock and boil for a minute.
2.Add soy sauce, boil and set aside.
3.Use chopstick to cut tofu and set aside.
4.In a pot, put water (level of tofu) and soak dry kelp for about 30minute.
5.Then open stove in low heat, put cut tofu and boil for a minute or until bubble appear.
6.Put small cup in the middle and  put dashi soy sauce, green onion, and yuzu peel.
7.Serve while it's hot.
8.Enjoy!
