Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Zaru Soba Cold Soba Noodle''. In Japan, soba noodles are serve in New Year's Eve. Eating soba throw all bad luck for that year, so New Year's will be lucky year for them.
---INGREDIENTS---
Soba Noodle 180g
Seaweed
-mentsuyu soup-
Sugar 3g
Dashi Japanese Stock 150ml
Mirin 15ml
Soys Sauce 30ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pot, put dashi Japanese stock, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, boil for a minute then set aside.
2.For soba noodle, boil water, then put soba noodle (check soba noodle for cooking instruction) and remove doba noodle.
3.Put soba noodle in iced water, then drain water.
4.Put cold soba in serving plate and sprinkle with seaweed.
5.Serve cold soba with mentsuyu soup. Add chopped green onion and wasabe for soup garnish.
6.Enjoy!
