Offal Miso Saute Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Offal Miso Saute''. This is a great appetizer with your favorite beverages. Usually served in Izakaya restaurant in Japan.

---INGREDIENTS---

Pork Offal 250g
Onion 150g
Garlic Chives 100g
Green Onion
Red Miso 45g
Gochujang 5g 
Grated Garlic 20g
Sugar 20g


Sake 60ml 
Mirin 45ml
Sesame Oil 5ml

-for first boiling-
Sake 30ml
Water 1liter


---PROCEDURE---

1.In boiling water put pork offal, sake, boil until water turns white and the offal became soft and drain water.
2.In a bowl combine red miso, gochujang (korean red chili paste), grated garlic, sugar, sake, mirin mix very well.
3.Now add boiled pork offal mix very well and leave for about 1hour.
4.Slice onion, and cut garlic chives, and  green onion.
5.In a pan put sesame oil, and onion saute.
6.Put marinated offal, garlic chives, mix  and simmer for about 3minutes and it's done.
7.Sprinkle with green onion.
8.Serve while it's hot or with your favorite beverages.
