Pork Curlet Miso Stew Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Pork Cutlet Miso Stew''. Nagoya is famous in Miso-nikomi udon recipe. But this time we use Pork Cutlet. Sweet taste perfect for family.


---INGREDIENTS---

Cabbage 80g
Onion 60g
Green Onion 25g
Eringi Mushroom 30g
Shiitake Mushroom 30g
Egg 1
Yellow Miso 40g
Red Miso 20g
Tofu 80g
Sugar 10g
Mitsuba

Mirin 15ml
Sake 30ml
Soy Sauce 5ml
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 10ml
Water 200ml

-cooked-
Pork Cutlet 1pc


---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pot, put water, dashi Japanese stock concentrated.
2.Add onion, cabbage, sake, mirin, green onion, shiitake mushroom, eringi mushroom.
3.Then add soy sauce, tofu, and put lid simmer for about 2minutes.
4.Put yellow miso and red miso, make sure to mix miso well in soup.
5.Now add cooked pork cutlet on top.
6.Add egg and put lid, simmer for about 2minutes.
7.Add mitsuba on top and it's done.
8.Serve while it's hot.
