---INGREDIENTS---
Yellowtail Fish 300g
Japanese Radish 800g
Green Onion 30g (green part)
Sugar 10g
Ginger Paste 5g
Soy Sauce 60ml
Sake 30ml
Mirin 30ml
Rice Wash 1liter
Water 600ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.Peel Japanese radish and slice into rounds 2 cm thick. Cut the slices into half-circles.
2.Put Japanese radish in a pot, add rice wash and boil for about 30min. and drain water and set aside.
3.Rinse with hot water the yellowtail fish then put cold water clean very well and set aside.
4.In a pot, cooked Japanese radish, yellowtail fish, green onion, water then open the stove.
5.Add sake, remove bubbles appear.
6.Add mirin, sugar, soy sauce, ginger paste.
7.Use aluminum foil as lid and boil for about 5-10min. and it's done.
8.Serve with your favorite food or beer while it's hot.
