Sukiyaki Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Sukiyaki''. This is one of most popular hot pot in Japan.  Sukiyaki is Japanese national food like sushi. And this is a winter dish and it is commonly found at Japanese year-end parties. 

---INGREDIENTS---

4 serving

Beef 300g
Beef Tallow 8g
Green Onion 100g
Grilled Tofu 200g
Konjac Noodle 120g
Mushrooms 200g
Chinese Cabbage 80g
Burdock Root 40g
Egg 
Shungiku 200g

-sukiyaki sauce-
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 15ml
Soy Sauce 90ml
Water 200ml
Sugar 45g


---PROCEDURE---

1.In a bowl, put water, dashi Japanese stock concentrated, sugar, soy sauce, mix well and set aside.
2.In a pot, put beef tallow, beef, then saute for a bit.
3.Add green onion, and sukiyaki sauce.
4.Add chinese cabbage, grilled tofu, burdock root, shungiku (chrysanthemum), mushrooms, konjac noodle, boil for about 10-15minutes and it's done.
5.Beat egg for dipping.
6.Serve while its hot.
