Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Yakitori Japanese Chicken BBQ''. This recipe is popular bbq style in Japan. Yakitori are usually available in Izakaya restaurant along with alcohol beverages. This is easy way to cook your own Yakitori at home.
---INGREDIENTS---
Chicken Thigh 250g
Chicken Skin 80g
Chicken Gizzard 120g
Chicken Liver 180g
Green Onion 100g
Green Pepper 30g
Garlic Cloves 20g

Sake 15ml
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 15ml
Salt
-yakitori sauce flavor-
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 15ml
Sake 15ml
Soy Sauce 30ml
Mirin 30ml
Sugar 15
Potato Starch 2g
---PROCEDURE---
1.Combined dashi Japanese stock concentrated, sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, potato starch, mix well and set aside.
2.Cut chicken thigh, chicken skin, chicken liver, chicken gizzard about
1 inches.
3.Cut green onion about 1 inches cube and cut into half the garlic cloves.
4.Use skewers stick and insert to gizzard, then liver, and skin.
5.Insert skewers to chicken and green onion alternate, chicken and green pepper, chicken and garlic cloves.
6.Fry all bbq in a fry pan.
7.For salty flavor put cooked bbq in a pan, add salt, sake, dashi Japanese stock concentrated and fry for a bit.
8.For yakitori sauce flavor put cooked yakitori in a pan, add yakitori sauce, and fry for a bit until sauce absorb by yakitori.
9.Serve the salty flavor with lemon and sprinkle chili powder in yakitori sauce flavor while it's hot.
