---INGREDIENTS---
Cake Flour 60g
Baking Powder 2g
Egg 1
Sugar 60g
Sweet Ref Beans Paste 150g
Chestnuts15g
Honey 15ml
Soy Sauce 1ml
Mirin 2.5 ml
Water 25ml
---PROCEDURE---
1.In a bowl put egg, sugar and beat well.
2.Add honey, soy sauce, mirin and mix.
3.Use fine strainer for cake flour and add baking powder and mix.
4.Then add water, mix well until all ingredients are blend together.
5.Wrap with plastic wrapper and leave for about 20min.
6.In a pan with low heat, cook pancake mix.
7.Get one cooked pancake and spread sweet red beans paste and cover with another pancake.
8.Do the same on the other pancakes and you can add also chestnuts on it.
9.Serve with green tea or just with your favorite drinks.
Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Pickled Squid Offal with Miso''. This is a type of fresh squid offal. Squid are best when winter time. Can serve this as appetizer with Japan Sake and Shochu.

Miso 100g
Squid Offal 1pc
Ginger Paste
---PROCEDURE---
1.Place plastic wrapper in cutting board and put miso in the middle.
2.Flatten miso and put the squid offal on top of miso.
3.Now roll the miso with squid offal and make sure that you cover all the side of squid offal and close the end corner of plastic wrapper.
4.Put in a freezer overnight or 2-3 days.
5.Then take off the miso and cut the squid offal(miso can use in miso shiro or miso soup recipe).

Water 200ml
Mirin 7.5 ml
Soy Sauce 15ml

---PROCEDURE---
1.In a pan put water, dashi Japanese stock concentrated, sugar, mirin, soy sauce.
2.Simmer for about a minute.
3.Add tempura (can add any kind of tempura).
4.Put beaten egg around the tempura and it's done.
