Kenchin jiru Japanese Vegetable and Tofu Soup Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is''Kenchin Jiru Japanese Vegetable and Tofu Soup''.
Before this is a Japanese priest soup recipe. Buddha priest is not allowed to eat meat. Best for vegetarian and diet.


---INGREDIENTS---

4-5 serving

Konjac 250g
Green Onion 120g
Tofu 400g
Burdock Root 100g
Japanese Radish 250g
Carrot 150g
Boiled Taro 200g
Chinese Cabbage 180g
Mushrooms 200g
Yuzu Peel

Salad Oil 10ml
Dashi Japanese Stock Concentrated 20ml
Soy Sauce 100ml
Water 650ml


---PROCEDURE---

1.First roast konjac for a minute or until it become dry then set aside.
2.In a pot, put salad oil, green part of green onion, tofu, and break tofu in pieces.
3.Add konjac, burdock root, and mix.
4.Add Japanese radish, carrot, white part of green onion.
5.Put boiled taro, chinese cabbage, water, dashi Japanese stock concentrated, and boil for about a minute.
6.Add soy sauce, mushrooms, and boil for a minute and it's done.
7.Add yuzu peel for added flavor.
8.Serve while it's hot.

けんちん汁レシピ

---材料---

4~5人分

蒟蒻 250g
長ねぎ 120g
豆腐 400g
ごぼう 100g
大根 250g
人参 150g
茹で里芋 200g
白菜 180g
きのこ 200g
ゆずの皮

サラダ油 10ml
濃縮出汁 20ml
醤油 100ml
650ml


---手順---

1.蒟蒻を乾煎りし鍋から取り出します。
2.鍋にサラダ油をひいて、長ねぎの青い部分をを香りが出るまで炒め、1丁分の豆腐を崩しながら炒めます。
3.蒟蒻を戻しごぼう、大根、人参、白い長ねぎを加え炒めます。
4.茹でた里芋と白菜を加え水、濃縮出汁を加え煮込みます。
5.醤油を加え、お好みのきのこを加え煮込みます。」
6.ゆずの皮などお好みで薬味を加えます。
7.熱いうちにお召し上がりください。

Kinpira Burdock and Carrot Stir fry Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Kinpira Burdock and Carrot Stir Fry''. This
kinpira gobo is a traditional Japanese dish often enjoyed at home, typically served in a bento box. Its also perfect for side dish.


---INGREDIENTS---

Burdock Root 90g
Carrot 50g
Sugar 10g
Sesame Seeds

Sake 40ml
Soy Sauce 20ml
Mirin 30ml
Sesame Oil 5ml


---PROCEDURE---

1.In a pan, put sesame oil, burdock root, carrot, and mix.
2.Add sake, sugar, mirin, mix again.
3.Now add soy sauce, simmer until it absorb by carrot and burdock root and it's done. 
4.Sprinkle with sesame seeds. 
5.Serve with your favorite food.
6.Enjoy!

きんぴらごぼうレシピ

---材料---

ごぼう 90g
人参 50g
砂糖 10g
胡麻

40ml
醤油 20ml
みりん 30ml
胡麻油 5ml


---手順---

1.フライパンに胡麻油をしいてごぼう、人参を炒めます。
2.酒、砂糖、みりん、醤油を加えて汁が少なくなるまで煮込みます。

菠萝咕噜肉 Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Sweet and Sour Pork''. One of the famous pork recipe from China (they called it Subuta in Japan) and very common also in North America. A sweet and sour taste that Kids also will love.

---INGREDIENTS---

4 serving

Pork 350g
Carrot 120g
Onion 150g
Green Pepper 60g
Boiled Bamboo Shoots 90g
Potato Starch 30g
Pineapple Chunks 125g

Sesame Oil 5ml
Soy Sauce 15ml
Ginger Juice 10ml
Shaoxing Rice Wine15ml
Salada Oil for Fry

-sauce-
Balsamic Vinegar 45ml
Soy Sauce 45ml
Sugar 25g
Tomato Ketchup 30
Shaoxing Rice Wine 30ml
Potato Starch Slurry 15ml
Water 60ml


---PROCEDURE---

1.Marinate the pork in sesame oil, shaoxing rice wine, ginger juice, soy sauce, mix and leave for about 30min.
2.Add potato starch and mix very well.
3.In a pan put salad oil for fry.
4.Fry the marinated pork for about 3minutes or until golden brown.
5.Fry carrot for about 2min.
6.Next onion and green pepper fry for a minute.
7.Next is boiled bamboo shoots, fry for about 2-3 min.
8.For sauce put shaoxing rice wine, water, balsamic vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, and mix.
9.Add potato starch slurry, carrot, onion, boiled bamboo shoots, green pepper.
10.Then put cooked pork and mix until all ingredients are blend together and it's done

---材料---

豚肉 350g
人参 120g
玉ねぎ 150g
ピーマン 60g
茹でたけのこ 90g
片栗粉 30g
パイナップル 125g

胡麻油 5ml
醤油 15ml
生姜絞り汁 10ml
紹興酒15ml
サラダ油(揚油)

-ソース-
バルサミコ酢 45ml
醤油 45ml
砂糖 25g
トマトケチャップ 30
紹興酒 30ml
水溶き片栗粉 15ml
60ml


---手順---

1.豚肉に胡麻油、紹興酒、生姜絞り汁を合わせ30分ほど下味をつけます。
2.片栗粉を加え混ぜサラダ油できつね色になるまで揚げます。
3.人参、玉ねぎ、ピーマン、茹でたけのこを素揚げします。
4.揚げ油を取り除いた鍋に紹興酒、水、バルサミコ酢、砂糖、醤油、トマトケチャップを混ぜソースをルクリます。
5.ソースに素揚げした野菜と揚げた豚肉をよくからめパイナップルを加えます。
6.お召し上がりください。

Mashed Pumpkin Cheese Salad Recipe



Today's Oishiy recipe is ''Mashed Pumpkin Cheese Salad''. This is typically serve as a side dish. Kids will also love this.


---INGREDIENTS---

Pumpkin 300g
Carrot 60g
Onion 60g
Mixed Nuts 20g
Cream Cheese 100g
Cucumber 100g
Mayonnaise 50g
Rainsins 30g
Parmesan Cheese 20g


---PROCEDURE---

1.Put pumpkin in a bowl then cover with plastic wrapper and range up for about 7min.
2.After ranging remove the plastic wrapper, mash pumpkin and set aside.
3.Next slice onion, cut carrot and put carrot and onion in separate bowl and cover with plastic wrapper, range up for about 3min. remove the cover and set aside.
4.Crush or grind mixed nuts and set aside.
5.In big bowl put mashed pumpkin, cream cheese and mix.
6.Add onion, carrot and slice cucumber, salt, pepper, and mix.
7.Now add mayonnaise, raisins, mixed nuts, parmesan cheese and mix until all the ingredients blend together.
8.Serve with your favorite food.
